Google Intern

I will graduate on May 2013 and would not going to graduate school right after fall 2013, Can I apply Google Software Developer Intern, Summer 2013? or I can only apply full time job at Google?

Most internships require that you return to school afterwards. You can try contacting Google and asking, but I don’t think you’ll get an affirmative response.

You could always postpone graduation to do an internship…(or just go for full-time)

What is the % of Internship eventually become Full-Time in Google?

After internship, Do you have to re-apply for full time job in Google?

I don’t know the exact conversion rate.

At the end of a Google internship, you have to take a set of exit interviews. Based on the result of these interviews (along with your summer internship performance), a full-time offer is potentially extended. (Note: most companies don’t have exit interviews and simply give offers based on internship performance.)

To assuage some anxiety, know that tech recruiting is no longer like vying for spots at top colleges. There is a shortage of quality engineering talent, not a surplus. They want to use the internship to determine whether you have the skills to add significant value over the long term. If you perform extremely well, it is unlikely you will have difficulty securing a full-time position.
