I’m freaking out. Basically, I’m applying EA to BC and Northeastern with a 2190 SAT, 800 on US History, 620 in Math 2, 3.9 unweighted GPA, 4 APs, and some good ec’s( reporter for town newspaper and managing editor of school newspaper, captain of varsity basketball). Clearly the 620 is a gaping hole and I don’t know what to do. How much will this affect my chances?
If you have time, i personally think you should retake it as soon as possible. Either that, or in an interview or in the comments of your application state why you did bad?
You might consider applying RD instead to give you more time to raise that score in November or December.
