Hi,

I got accepted as a transfer and for some reason never paid my AED. Is there going to be any problem with enrolling? It says I can’t pay it online anymore. I got my acceptance a few months ago.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks.

You’re AED was due on May 1st to reserve your spot. Since you did not pay, you have forfeited your seat for fall 2010.

May 1st is the deadline for the incoming freshman.
Transfer students have 4 weeks after receiving their acceptance letter. You said you got your letter a few months ago, so that would mean you are late on it and waited too long. I would call the admissions department to ask them if you can still pay AED.

This is really discouraging I really wanted to attend, it was actually for summer and I was hoping to defer to fall.

Thanks

you probably could still work something out - the only way to resolve this is if you contact them directly.

thanks fa-la-la-lena, i already emailed them twice…no response, should I go there personally or call by phone. ( its about a 40 min drive)

Thanks

Did they even say they received your e-mail?

I would try calling first if I were you.

no they didnt say they got it yet either so I’m not sure whats going on, no response at all to the email.

Thanks

Definitely call. Be persistent

ok I will definitely call, just real busy studying with classes and prepping for the mcat and stuff. Do you think they will really turn me down and say I cant go? If so, can I make a big deal out of it?

Thanks

Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa…why are you studying for the MCAT!?

lol because i’m a TRANSFER student not a incoming freshman…that would be ridiculous, I think that is why you sound surprised…hahaha
