<p>this was kind of my first choice, it is tied with university of maryland.</p>
<p>i visited maryland this summer and fell in love and im set on goign to a huge state university. one with a huge lawn, nice buildings, huge campus, and amazing in education. UIUC fits everything i want. the campus is huge and its the type of campus i want with the huge quads and stuff, huge university and amazing education</p>
<p>i got accepted and now all i need to know is if i got into maryalnd. if i do it will be a hard choice but i am going to UIUC if i dont get into maryland. and its 50/50 if i do get into maryland. only thing is i live in ny and maryland is closer and not as cold but in education i think UIUC is better. it will be a real hard choice,</p>
<p>anyone know they going to UIUC or is really considering going to illionis and its a type 2-3 choice?</p>
<p>Yeah its kinda the samne 4 me…actualloy between 3, UMD is one of em!!! Im in state in UMD so if i get in i’ll get a good deal!!So it’ll b a tough decision!!!</p>
<p>i posted about umd and u both wanted to get in. looks like u guys are looking for the same thing in college as me. a big state university, nice campus, and top notch education.</p>

<p>its better but i wouldnt say much better. but i also have other things to consider. like maryland is not as far as illinois (i live in NY near nyc), and i visted um and loved the campus, but i know i will probally fall in love with illinois campus once i visit. i think the big state univeristies have the best campus especially the ones taht are good in education. im starting to like illinois alittle more then maryland, but coming into this maryland was like my only choice and i loved it. now im not sure, and once i visit illinois maybe ill just love it to much and forget about maryland.</p>
<p>One of my best friends goes to Maryland for Journalism. She loves it but of course the Journalism program there is very highly ranked. So is U of I’s but she is really talented and wanted to be near Wash DC b/c she is minoring in poly sci and wants to be a political analyst or something. It really depends on what major you choose in order to identify a college.</p>
<p>well i am undecided, but i think ill go bussiness. maryland’s grad bussiness is better then uiuc, but uiuc udnergraduate bussiness is like top 10 i think. so going to a good undergrade bussiness will help me get into a good grad bussiness that maybe be better then marylands. plus overlal uiuc is better in education then maryland. so what matters to me right now is a good undergrad. so with a great undergrade bussiness and an amazing school overall i dont know if i can pass up uiuc.</p>
