<p>I got accepted into the business school as a transfer from a community college. Now I was looking at the check list for admitted students and I have no clue where to find my immunization records. Where can I find them? Does my old high school have it? I graduated from high school in 2010. I would hate to take the shots again, especially since I know I already took them.</p>
<p>Usually your pediatrician fills out the shot records.</p>
<p>I had to go through the same thing. First, check with the your high school and/ or county school board. If they don’t have them, then your health department should. They have a database called FLSHOTS, or something like that. I graduated high school in 2006, so you shouldn’t have to worry.</p>

<p>Good job, I am a senior at UF-Warrington. I also came from a CC and I have a 4.0 . So, you can succeed at UF and you likely will. You will be shocked at the negative things you will hear people say about CCs at UF. Even the professors will talk trash, but laugh as you score higher than your peers. I never had to turn in an immunization record. So, that is either not actually required or it is a new requirement. Either way, if you have any more questions, email me</p>
<p>This is not in concern with the subject of immunization, but i want to know if volunteering hours are important part of admission process for transfer student. I am currently in community college and want to transfer to UF business undergraduate for economics.</p>

Earn a minimum 3.0 cumulative (overall) GPA;
You cannot have an institutional GPA under 2.0, unless transferred in as part of an AA degree;
Complete the seven required prerequisite business courses (see below) with a minimum 3.5 GPA. You can submit your application when you’ve completed four of these. At that point, if you’ve earned a 3.5 prerequisite GPA and have the remainder of the seven courses in progress, we will conditionally admit you to our school.
Satisfy UF’s foreign language requirement, which calls for two years of the same language in high school or a minimum of eight credit hours in college. Equivalent testing credit through AP, IB, CLEP, or SAT2 exams is also acceptable.
