<p>Congrats! … unless you really wanted to go to Irvine and don’t really like Berkeley, in which case, “What a bad break!” lol What major did you apply to for each of the schools? If you applied to an impacted major at Irvine and nonimpacted at Berkeley, that might explain it.</p>

<p>My bro got rejected at SD in bio-something, and got into Cal L&S, so it happens. (He got into Irvine, but I don’t remember the major. Probably bio something.</p>
