Oh for heaven’s sake…another change? My kids both went through the last change which was to a different loan servicer.
I’m so glad one kid is near the end of repayment. Maybe we’ll just lay the balance and be done.
The second kid is in school…so in deferral. Wonder how many changes in loan repayment will take place between now and when she starts to pay.
My loan provider has changed 3 times and I’m not even in repayment yet. I’d welcome a streamlined process!
I think this is a step in the right direction. There are too many issues with the current system, and this is a positive improvement.
