<p>Does anyone have any information about Goucher College and their English/writing departments?</p>
<p>My son has just decided to attend Goucher for the English/writing program. We visited twice, the most recent being April 6,7. I filed a visit report a year ago for our first visit. You can still see it in the goucher visit reports. He loves the overall friendly feel of the place. The personal attention of the 1 to 9 teacher student ratio. The campus is lovely. The food is better than many schools we visited. It is situated in Towson, a small college friendly area on the edge of Baltimore, with good shopping and restaurants. He got a generous merit scholarship. Have you checked out the schools website? You should visit if possible. If you have any questions, I will be happy to try to answer.</p>
<p>Thanks for your insights. We had decided to visit on a whim and were incredibly impressed and positively surprised. I do not know anyone who attends Goucher, so I appreciate your candor. At this time, Goucher is one of his top three schools. I am sure that my son will have more questions and I may contact you again.</p>
