is this wise/feasible? thanks.

I know someone doing it. So its probably feasible. Sorry can’t offer any other advice.

I can only speak from a Government major’s perspective, but the Gov major is only 28 credits plus 2 intro classes… plus maybe one more? but that’s less than two classes a semester. I fit it in easily as a double major, although not with Psych. I think you’d just have to plan your distribution requirements well… but taking biopsych and psych stats would help.

well the psych major is 40 credits and im doing bio + psych double, so yeah i’d say it’s feasible

can you minor in government?

i don’t see anything about a govt minor at [Undergraduate Study](http://falcon.arts.cornell.edu/Govt/govt_ug.html)
but there is an international relations minor

Those are both pretty easy majors. You can slack off immensely and still do them, I imagine.
