<p>Is it true that colleges use this scale?
I always thought that an “A is an A is an A”</p>

<p>If colleges do use this scale, how will they know wether you had a low ‘A’ or a high ‘A’?</p>

<p>Once your actually at college they don’t but when you are sending application to colleges they all use different scales.</p>

<p>I hate colleges that do A- as 3.666 instead of 4.0.</p>
