GPA calculated for UC Davis?

Hi, Ive a GPA of 3.764 at a community college… So heres my question: When I came in, I had to take courses like intermediate algebra and trigonometry and pre-calculus, all of which I got A’s in, but are not required for my Civil Engineering major.

Does this mean that UC davis wont look at those grades since they weren’t required (Calculus1 and up is required)? If they dont, my gpa might drop to about 3.5 or so…

So, does UC Davis take those classes into account when calculating my gpa?

Help would be appreciated.

IS IT UC TRANSFERABLE?

That will answer your question.

intermediate algbebra and trigonometry are not UC transferable, according to my IGETC sheet, Precalculus is transferable. (again this is based on the IGETC sheet from my community college which is El Camino.
