<p>For those in 2nd year of school or higher, do you find that second year is more difficult that first year?
Because in first year, there’s a lot of people who mess around and you get higher mark easily b/c of grade adjustments. But in higher year, the slackers all switched to easier classes and the filtering process have left behind a group of better students that you have to compete against and it’s a lot more difficult to get the same gpa again?</p>
<p>In my experience, no, it wasn’t any more difficult than the first. In fact, I did better, because I knew what to expect and was more comfortable on campus than I was in my first year. I’m not sure if my experience is similar to most, however, because I took more difficult courses from the start, and I don’t compete with other students. I don’t really see the point…I always try to do the best that I can on everything, if there are stronger students around me as I do that, it’s just icing on the cake.</p>
