I’m currently a freshman in Tsinghua Univ. and planning to transfer next year.
but my GPA here is only around 3.2
it’s not that I can’t master my study but they adopt really strict criteria here and the highest gpa in our class’s about like, 3.7 or .8.

I had the SAT score 2120 and three 760 SAT II

but that doesn’t help much since they don’t really put that much attention on transfers’ SAT scores right? should I just transfer to any community college and try to raise my gpa before i apply?

or is there any other suggestion? on how I can make up for my gpa?

am I anywhere close if i’m aiming at umich ann arbor? or is it just a dream huh?

I don’t know if this would be much help, so here goes. If your transferring to another University then you would want to meet with the academic advisor of your major and they should be able to tell you and give up more guidance hopefully. If you have not pick a major their should be transitional/transfer academic advisor you could talk to, just call and find out.
I don’t know where you attend school, but I live in Florida and a 3.2 GPA sounds pretty good to me. Of course you can always improve your GPA whether you go to a different university or community college. Its just up to you.

I’m in Tsinghua U
Do you mean that I should ask them to give me higher score because I’m transfering?
Would they?
