I live in canada. We don’t use letter grades or gpa’s here but im trying to figure out my gpa. Could someone give me an idea how these grades translate:

If I did your GPA through our schools system, it’d work like this.

90-100 = A
80-89 = B

2 A’s, 5 B’s.

Our scale is out of 4.0
A = 4
B = 3
C = 2

Honors classes: Add .02 to your GPA per semester.

So 2 x 4 = 8
5 x 3 = 15
8 + 15 = 23

23 divided by 7 (number of classes)
approximately, your unweighted GPA is a 3.28
A weighted GPA, we would add .04 on because you took a year of Honors English.

3.28 + .04 = 3.32

Your weighted GPA is 3.32.

That’s how my school does it, don’t know how other area’s do.
