GPA lower than a 2.0, help and advice please??

Hello. I have gotten my sister-in-law back in college after a 10 year absence. She flunked out when she gave birth to her son. She failed at least 4 classes, and got Cs or Ds in others, and one B. Her GPA is a .65.
The college is a State College, and they have already accepted her into the school again for the fall term of this year. We attempted to register her for a class, but it wouldn’t let her because her GPA was below a 2.0. My question is what classes can she take that will boost her GPA, that she will be allowed to take with a .65?
Also, she has been awarded $5280 in Pell Grant, will her Pell cover the cost of classes she has to pay out of state tuition for, because of failing twice?

She need to meet with her adviser at the school

I answered this question the same way about 2 weeks ago. OP, why are you still asking for advice on the Internet? No one here can answer your question. She needs to take charge of the process and talk to the people that really matter - the ones that work at the school.
