<p>Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew what the minimum GPA/SAT scores were for NYU and Boston University. What would be better SD/DAVIS or NYU? or going to a community college and transferring to CAL or LA?</p>

<p>Neither one of those schools has a “minimum” GPA or SAT.</p>

<p>For NYU, I would recommend an unweighted 3.6, or A- average. For BU, a 3.3 or 3.4 unweighted is probably sufficient.</p>

<p>The average SAT scores for these schools are:</p>

<p>NYU:</p>

<p>SAT Reasoning Verbal: 620 - 710<br>
SAT Reasoning Math: 620 - 710<br>
ACT Composite: 27 - 31 </p>

<p>BU:</p>

<p>SAT Reasoning Verbal: 580 - 680<br>
SAT Reasoning Math: 600 - 690<br>
ACT Composite: 26 - 30 </p>

<p>As far as where to go to school, I can’t help you…those are pretty broad questions…UC vs community college vs NYU…? I think you need to evaluate what you want!!</p>
