I’m graduating from two non-traditional schools because I’m taking classes from both. At one, I’m valedictorian, but because of the school’s strange grading system, my gpa is only 3.5 uwd. At the other school, there is no ranking, but my gpa is 3.9 uwd. When listing gpa and ranking in common app, both must be from the same school. I’m afraid of sacrificing the class ranking if I use the higher gpa. Which school should I use?
You list the GPA of the HS that’s granting the diploma.
And provide the 2nd school’s info in the space for that on the Common App and a transcript from them.
This seems like a very unusual situation where you may want your GC’s to explain.
