Gpa

I have my final scores from grades 9-11 and credits earned. My unweighted cumulative GPA is 97.8205. How did this number come about? When I add my averages I come out with a different figure.

My best guess with no information is that some of the course you have grades for aren’t counted in the GPA. The best way to find out is to ask your counselor.

GPA is more than a total of your grades divided by the number of courses. Remember that some of those course may be .5 credits, and some are 1.0. It’s much more accurate to use one of the online calculators. As mathmom says, some classes like PE may not be included in your official GPA.
