<p>I am at a top liberal arts college in Missouri that is known for its academic reputation. Is a 3.67 for my first semester too low to try and transfer to PENN CAS as a sophomore. I was enrolled in 16 hours, one of the courses was a two hundred level, the other a three hundred. I applied ED last year, I was deferred and then rejected.</p>

<p>tough call…ozarks requires you to work part time, no? that def. works in your favor. anything can happen, so apply, unless you feel this semester was a fluke(lack of a better word, srry) and you can get 3.7+ for spring '08 and fall’08 towards applying for junior year…</p>
