Grad presents for HS seniors

<p>Forgive me if this topic is covered elsewhere, but I couldn’t find this information from previous years and perhaps people have new ideas this time around.</p>

<p>When my eldest graduated 3years ago a laptop was his choice and as he needed one anyways to go to school with, we obliged. Now with our youngest, I wish I could come up with something appropriate both to the occasion and his particular needs. As it’s looking, we may have to gift him a laptop as well and call it a grad present. It will be very useful , just not particularly commemorative.</p>

<p>Any great ideas out there? How are you marking the occasion?</p>

<p>There is a thread on the more general Parents Forum and if I were more CC savvy I could send you a link or something. It is entitled “Graduation gifts - help” and it was started on 4-20-2008 and has 5 pages to it. Lots of good info. Hope this helps!</p>
