<p>Looking to get into MIT Stanfrod Caltech Princeton UCLA for engineering grad school (doing rocket / space propulsion systems, PHD)</p>

<p>Here are my stats:
UCLA Engineering, Aerospace Engineering
3.9 GPA, Summa Cum Laude
GRE: Math = 780
Verbal - 520
Writing - 4.5</p>

<p>Research Experience - 2 labs, big professors
Work Experience - 2 Companies, High Positions</p>

<p>Letters of Rec - CEO of company, 2 very famous professors.</p>

<p>Those are obviously good stats, but be humble in your SOP. If all you talk about is CEO’s and “high positions” you’re gonna put some people off. Show your personality and emphasize that you’re a good fit for each program.</p>
