<p>for those of you in grad school do u enjoy it more or less than when u were in undergrad and for what reasons</p>
<p>I enjoy it differently.</p>
<p>Graduate school for me, in molecular biology, is very different from undergrad – instead of being in class 70% of the time and lab 30% of the time, I’m in lab about 95% of the time. I have a lot more intellectual freedom, which can be really fun, but also really frustrating. I am around the same small group of people all day, every day. I work long hours, but it feels like there’s always something more to do.</p>
<p>I love what I do, but it’s not comparable to my undergraduate years.</p>
