Grad Schools that don't ask for non-degree awarding/ less-than-one-year transcripts?

I am currently a junior at a top CS school who is preparing to apply to grad schools. I am very confident in my chances at top schools in my field (3.8GPA and a great resume). However, before I started colleges at my current school, I started at a different college. I did terribly and failed most of my classes because of some personal issues I was dealing with. I explained this issue to my undergraduate school, and they accepted me anyway.

However, I know that grad school programs won’t be as forgiving. But I know there are some grad programs that only require an applicant to report transcripts of schools that awarded degrees or schools that you attended for more than one year. Stanford is one such school. Are there any other schools that CC knows about that has this kind of guideline?

I wouldn’t limit your search only to schools that don’t want your first school’s transcript. Apply widely to your programs, and just include a little supplemental statement (just like you did to your undergrad school) explaining it and your tremendous growth since then. If you are otherwise an outstanding candidate, one bad semester at a previous school is not going to tank your application by itself.

Particularly if you are applying to doctoral programs, you don’t want to limit yourself on the basis of this minor detail.
