Grade cancellation/AP Scholar eligibility?

<p>My AP Scores are as follows</p>

<p>5 APUSH
4 English Lang
4 AP World
3 Physics B
1 Spanish</p>

<p>If I permanently cancel my spanish score will the 1 still impact my average to become an AP scholar? I believe the rules state “all AP exams taken” but on the other hand it should be PERMANENTLY deleted from the records.</p>
