<p>I’m applying fit summer internships and request an official transcript. Bit I recently had a grade change so my how went from 3.17 to 3.37. Bit my class rank on webstac has not changed. Will it change by the time the transcript comes out? I wanna make sure I have a good shot at these internships.</p>
<p>I believe (say 80% sure) that class rank is determined by the school running a program to calculate ranks roughly one month after grades are in (at same time they determine Dean’s List).
Rank isn’t updated until the end of the following semester, and I don’t think they can update it until then.</p>
<p>Again, not 100% sure, but pretty close. I believe you’re in engineering? I’d go to Engineering Student Services in Lopata and double check.</p>
<p>Where is this class rank? Does it only apply for engineering? I cannot find it on Webstac (I’m on Art&Sci)</p>
<p>For engineers at least, it is found on your unofficial transcript, near the grades.</p>
<p>Okay I guess Art&Sci is too big for there to be a rank 
oh well.</p>
