How does curving a grade works? I need to get 109 points to get an A but We only had 100 questions in our final exam. I got the exam perfect, is there still a possibility of me getting an A? :(((

Curving usually involves the professor lowering the normal cutoffs for the different grades (which are usually something like 90 for an A, 80 for a B, etc.).
