Hey guys,
So I’m take my first SAT soon and I’ve been working on the essay recently. This is the first essay i’ve ever wrote for the SAT. Would you guys mind “grading” it and telling me what can be improved?

Here is the prompt

People often focus on “the details,” those seemingly minor features and elements that often have major effects or consequences. Whether they are making ordinary, everyday decisions, analyzing historical events, or enjoying the plot of a novel, many people consider the details to be all-important. Others, however, argue that paying attention to details distracts people from the big pictureperceiving an idea, goal, or plan in its entirety.

Assignment: Is it a disadvantage to pay attention to details? Plan and write an essay in which you develop your point of view on this issue. Support your position with reasoning and examples taken from your reading, studies, experience, or observations.

And here is the essay

The smallest details are what make the greatest things the best. Take apple, the multi billion dollar company, who pay a great attention to detail. Or take Michel Angelo, the painter, who put so much detail to create the painting on the Sistine chapel. Or finally, consider the best mun conference I have ever been to because of its great attention to detail.
Apple products are often considered to be the best by professionals and by casual users. Most say its because of their convenience. This convenience originates from apples great attention to the smallest of details whether it be that macs can run windows or that iPhones can take the best pictures.
I was fortunate enough to see one of the most beautiful murals of all time in the Sistine Chapel. What struck me the most was Michel Angelo attention to detail. All seemed perfect. The detail in the facial features of the characters was stunning.
I have attended 2 mun conferences in the past month, one being noticeably better than the other. The first conference, munisq was close to perfect. However the second one, beimun was not as great. The organizers of Munisq put a lot of effort into every small detail to ensure a great conference.
To conclude, small details cannot be disregarded as they make great things even better. If people over time had not included small details in their everyday work than we would definitely not have as great of a world as we have today.

Thank you!
