<p>When applying EA/ED etc, do the adcoms see your 1st semester grades? Or is it based upon the previous years: junior, sophomore, freshmen?</p>
<p>Depending on when your school’s 1st semester ends, the committee probably won’t get your 1st semester grades before making the decision. So they’ll look at your grades from before senior year.</p>
<p>Sometimes they do ask for first quarter grades. Sometimes they defer you into the RD pool (if you are not one of the strongest applicants) and then ask for first semester grades from senior year.</p>
