<p>i go to occ. this rule is completely useless. the only reason why they allow us to retake a class u failed or got a D in is to get more $$ from units. the f/D is still on ur transcripts. and most schools don’t even care for this lineout rule at our ccc. </p>
<p>in ur case, u have to report both. for spring '99 u put and F. for spring '02 u put an A (or whatever ar means). if this class was a major requirement they would most likely only accept the first grade u got (the F)</p>
<p>umm i met with the uci rep and when he calculated my gpa it was without the f, but the main question is on the app what do i put?</p>
