Grades to transfer into second year programs at these schools? (Canada)

Looking to transfer from uOttawa to one of these programs. After the first wave of midterms, my average is complete garbage at 66,75% in Biomedical Sciences in French (Incoming was an 89% :/). Anyone know the grade range to get to get a transfer for second year to these schools?

Queens- Kinesiology/Biochemistry
Western - Medical Science/Kinesiology
(If transfer is possible to Quebec)
University of Montreal - Biomedical Sciences/Kinesiology/Microbiology and Immunology
Mcgill - Microbiology and Immunology/Physiology/Physical Therapy

Not sure about most of these schools but I know McGill is the harvard of Canada, so maybe it will be unlikely you will get into there.
