Which is better? Grades or course difficulty?

short answer…grades, or so I’ve heard.

Or…

Good Grades in difficult courses is always best. Bad grades in difficult courses, and well, not impressive. Bad grades in easy courses…hmmm?

It’s really a question of good grades in easy courses vs. mediocre grades in difficult courses

I would say you want to aim for good grades in appropriate courses…in other words, don’t try to kill yourself in chemistry or engineering unless you intend to pursue a career in those fields

How would good grades in easy courses like Algebra/Trig and basic chemistry look? Would it be better than mediocre grades in calc IV and chem 2?
