I don’t normally reply to people who butcher English as well as you do, but:

NYU is the third most expensive college in the United States, with tuition breaking $50,000/year. As you’re looking to enter a non-terminal master’s degree program, you will have to pay for all, or nearly all, of the fees.

The program at UC Irvine has a much more scientific curriculum than that offered at NYU, which appears somewhat geared toward those interested in business. Irvine costs half as much and is the world leader in stem cell science. There are plenty of opportunities at both schools to work with ribosomal DNA (or did you mean recombinant DNA?)

I would advise you to figure out where the authors of the papers you are most interested in are working and then see if their schools offer a program of interest to you.
