Graduate Program in BME

<p>How hard is it to get into the graduate program in BME that is, Masters or Ms/PhD? How hard is it to receive a fellowship or merit-based financial aid for Columbia’s master’s program? </p>

<p>What sort of GPA do I need? What kind of research would be helpful? How can I increase my chances for admissions? </p>

<p>Right now, I’m looking at a 3.2-3.5 GPA when I graduate and some research. What else should I do to increase my chances for FA/Fellowship and to get into the Masters program in BME at Columbia? </p>

<p>To my knowledge only those accepted into PhD programs (most everywhere, not just Columbia) are eligible for fellowships and whatnot. Masters degrees really are only there to make schools money…</p>
