My main focus is law school but if not accepted or proven to be too expensive I also have interest in studying to earn my masters particularly in the field of social science or MBA. What are credible graduate programs that do not require a minimum 3.0 GPA? Is it now more beneficial to take a year or two off before earning a masters? Your opinions are not facts but are important!

Law school and MBA programs are highly numbers-driven. If you are looking at a <3.0 GPA, you are not going to get admitted to even a mediocre JD or MBA program.

As for social sciences, you can probably find a fair number of schools outside the top-50 that will accept a sub-3.0 GPA, but I cannot name them for you - find some rankings, which if nothing else are usually a good measure of how hard it is to get in. Now, whether or not they are “credible” is up to you - you can certainly find such a program offering a good education, but such schools are not going to open any doors with name recognition.

As to taking a year or two off, it is often beneficial if you have a low GPA (by grad school standards, at least) to do so, provided you spend that time improving your resume - doing research, taking (and acing) some grad classes, etc. Don’t spend that time backpacking around Europe or working in a Denny’s.
