<p>My son has been blessed to have an excellent roommate/friend for his four years of college and I would like to give him a gift at Graduation. I have no idea what’s appropriate and my creativity is at rock bottom. Suggestions please?? </p>
<p>Dont ask me, I never thought to give roommates gifts, although i have bought pizza for the dorm or house a few times.
My thoughts are that it would come from the student, as they would be more likely to know what would be appropriate/ appreciated.</p>
<p>S2 had a friend in college who had had a rough go of it. He was quite proud of himself that he managed to graduate in four years. I took a photo of himself he had posted on Facebook, with a college landmark in the background, and had it printed as an 8 1/2 X 11. Then I got a nice frame for it and wrote him a note congratulating him. I think he was pleased.</p>
