Graduation in December

Long story made short- trying to find out when graduation for graduate students is in December for Harvard students. I can find spring commencement dates but not fall. I can’t seem to find it in the website either for some reason.

telephone call perhaps? Might be your quickest remedy

There’s no commencement ceremony specifically for graduate students who are awarded degrees in December. Students who graduate at the December and March dates come back for commencement in May if they are interested in participating in a graduation ceremony.

I have a sister in law who has not always been truthful in the past and it looks like it is happening again. She says she is graduating in December - it was delayed she said from the spring but will be going to the commencement in December. Thanks for your help, it clears up what I was trying to figure out.

Well, there is a graduation date in December (and one in March), it’s just that there’s no ceremony other than the university-wide one in May.

Lamm, Looks like your drooling attempt to catch your sister-in-law in a lie backfired.
