That’s actually pretty cool. Although it may be annoying to have to go and plant ten trees, it helps benefit the environment especially after all this deforestation that has been occurring.
Nice idea. I think rather than jacking the tuition to include the cost of the trees and their planting (and it evolves into something the students are no longer part of), it would be just as nice to make it a senior tradition that each graduate buys a tree seedling and on a designated day they all go out and plant them together.
@Groundwork2022 I agree with you. A tradition sounds much more fun and will make people more inclined to participate because they want to be a part of it compared to making it mandatory.
