Okay is this sentence wrong?

“Endorphins are linked to pain control and to pleasure.”
Is it correct if I said “linked to paint control and pleasure.” without the second “to”?

Which one is more correct? I always get confused about putting articles and prepositions in a compound phrase connected by conjunctions like “and.”

Yes, it’s fine if you leave out the second “to”.

Just make you you write “pain”, not “paint”. :D
