would one say, “all you really need is a tv that works and that displays images” or “all you really need is a tv that works and can display images”?

also, how would you go about saying this correctly, “I need to pee really bad” do you have to say badly?
sorry for the weird examples by the way!

Although both are correct (regarding the TV), the second one works better (the two "that"s are kind of clunky. Regarding your need to go to the bathroom, you need to pee really badly.
