Grammar Question

Would it be more proper to say “I am one of those people who are tall” or “I am one of those people who is tall”?

I think it’s actually “I am one of those persons who are tall.”

Even better: “I am tall.”

But what does “are” modify? “Of those people” is a prepositional phrase; consequently, the verb in the predicate should modify “one,” which is singular, rather than “people,” which is plural. On the other hand, using “are” sounds completely right whereas using “is” sounds flawed.

are is better or I am tall

lol
i am tall, irl.
how tall are you guys?
