If I’m a dual citizen and my assets are in another country can we qualify for Pell Grant because we have no income or assets in the US despite being 300k+ income abroad?
When you and your parents file FAFSA, you will have to report international income (matching foreign tax return) and assets…all converted to US dollars. @kelsmom

It does not matter where your assets are located. You are required to report them when you apply for need based financial aid.
If your family income is $300K, you will not qualify for a Pell Grant no matter where that money is earned.

This is correct.
Sorry, no Pell at that level of income.
