I’m writing a grant for a school club. The limit is 3 pages. Should i staple it or clip it. I know this is a stupid question but does parent know?

How about putting it in a clear report cover? That’s what I would do. Alternatively, for 3 pages and a cover letter, I would just put it in a large manila envelope without staple or paperclip (the way you would put a 2 or 3-page business letter).

Make sure to have your name and perhaps some other identification on each of the pages in case they get shuffled about. I myself would recommend stapling to minimize chances of lost pages.

Depends - some places have very strict requirements. If there is nothing that states whether or not is should be stapled or clipped etc then I would staple it together. I know places that get lots of grants just take it out to the clear cover and throw the cover away. Most grants I have done specify that it not be bound or have any convers. So just think about where it is going- review the specifications - but if I had a choice I would definitely put identification on each page as marite said and staple it as well.
