Hey everyone, I’m a little nervous about entering Northeastern as a transfer student-given the large size and urban setting I would imagine that greek like would be a chance to meet people. Is greek life available to transfers in the fall? Is it common for transfers to rush? I know at my old school in the south it was a whole different scene but I’ve heard it’s easier at NEU-is this true?

I have been a part of Greek Life here at NEU since I cam in Fall of 2009. I love it and it has allowed me so many more opportunities then I could ever imagine. It is actually relatively easy to join regardless of what year you are. I know that in my Fraternity, Sigma Beta Rho, we have had people as old as Seniors at other schools become Brothers. If you want to know more about Greek life here, just ask me! I am very willing to help out.
