<p>Can OOS and international students get the Green and Gold scholarship?
I think OOS can but i’m not sure about the internationals…
I’ve mailed USF 2 times about this but i haven’t heard anything from them…</p>

<p>I think international students are eligible for Green and Gold, and some other merit scholarships too. Where do you reside?
