Hey everyone…the Green Cup Challenge has started! Yay; I’ve been scouring YouTube for new postings. Here are some of the videos that stood out for some reason…

Ethel Walker–not funny at all (though they weren’t trying to be), but it was an amazing concept executed magnificently. My fav.

Andover–I laughed, found it humorous. It featured a scene with a box-like open shower, which I think was discussed somewhere in an earlier thread…ugh. But overall, it made me wish I’d applied to Andover.

Choate–Funny and well-done, but I didn’t like it as much as Andover’s. Good concept, but didn’t quite make me regret passing up on Choate.

Cate–Insanely boring. Need I say more?

Deerfield–EWWW! Dreadfully boring, downright awful. I really don’t think much effort went into it at all. Makes me rethink my love of Deerfield…

My current day school is doing as spin on the green cup challenge it is the green DAY challenge (to set us apart from the boarding schools) we are doing it against two other local school. We came in second last year! I personally think our video last year was really funny (too bad its not on youtube). we don’t have one yet for this year, but I hope its good.

Hotchkiss actually increased energy consumption during the Green Cup Challenege…

They had a cool video though. I thought that Andover’s video this year was pretty funny. That part with the computers and they guy watching porn cracked me up.
