Did any of you use fresh direct (or some similar service)? if so, what address did you use?

no, didn’t use it. but the physical addresses of dorm buildings are available on the Housing website - maybe you can just use those, and tell them to “have the doorman call up to me” or something.

yea, i used it before a few times…

when they get there they call u by cell phone so thats no problem and as denz said give them the street address that is listed on the housing website however be careful a handful of the dorms are in the 10025 zip code! Funny story…when i was in schap, first time ordering from fresh direct i put in the address as 605-615 W 115th street, 10027 and it just couldnt find the freakin’ address! so i decided i’d just have them deliver it to carman and i’d go pick it up from there and walk it back…bad idea…they came with like 6 boxes and one of them had two cases of those snapple bottles (24 bottles)…lets just say that it was hard to get them back to schapiro. The next time i called the customer service woman and she kindly let me know that i had the wrong zip code…so be sure to google the street address first!

as for fresh direct though…its good…they tend to show up on time…usually…but the one time they showed up like two hrs late i called them up and they refunded my delivery fee…those delivery fees are pretty steep though (~$6) so u need to keep that in mind…it might be cheaper for u to head over to DAG. Also, the whole $40 minimum is a pain in the ass

whats dag?

D’agistino supermarket on 110th and bway…alternatively of course u can go to west side market when it opens
