Group study

I called an SAT center for group study practices. Apparently, SAT 1on1 tutoring cost $80/hr. I am actually spending my own freaking money for the group study session, my parents frankly don’t care about me.

Hows group studying for the SATs?

Hope I don’t get stuck with students with low scores…

These kind of programs are for kids with average scores (1600-1800). Don’t even bother wasting your money on this kind of crap. It’s totally useless. Just get some good books and adhere to them.

You can find a lot of helpful tips on the CC forum. Just search through it.

The princeton review practice tests + cracking the SAT is what i recommend

I used them and I think i did fine (1900+)

TOTALLY agree with Quicksandslowly… my mom made me join one and they were all friggin ■■■■■■■.
No offense to anyone.

Waste of time and money.
But they might be helpful for you since you’re on 1300 now.
They usually help you bring up your score to around 1900 (if you really try and study).

Good luck!
