Has anyone tried to order a Groupon today? I responded to an email, put in all of my information at checkout, and got a message that my mailing/billing address does not match the info on file. I tried to call but customer service does not open until 9 am CT. Since then , I have gotten a 403 Forbidden when I try any links. To make it more frustrating, they sent me an email saying that I have items in my cart. I get the same error message from that link.
H just ordered one without a problem. They’re having a big sale today so maybe the site crashed coincidentally with your order. Were you able to resolve it?
I have been trying since 9am eastern time using my iPad, desktop, and phone. I have tried going from a link in the emails, the website, and the app. I asked my son to try on his phone. They sent me an email around 3 pm saying that I have things in my cart so I tried clicking on that link. I get the 403 forbidden code using all methods. I can’t even get on the site to access the customer service number. I thought that it must be their problem but if your H got through it must be me. I didn’t really need to buy anything today but now I want to find out what is wrong. Thanks for responding.
