GTown and Harvard no longer require 3 SAT IIs

[Harvard and Georgetown Lower SAT Subject Test Requirements](SAT Subject Tests - What Colleges Require Them?)

According to the article, the only school that still currently requires (though Georgetown recommends) three subject tests is Notre Dame for homeschool students, and that can be substituted for an AP.

*still be sure to read each school’s website though!!! guidelines change and vary within and between schools

kinda old ‘news’… :)

my bad. shoulda done a search =P

Though Gtown now recommends rather than requires three, it phrases it in a way that makes it seem it will punish you if you don’t submit three unless it is impossible for you to take three. If you do not aubmit three, it says you are supposed to explain in your essay why you could not take them.

Yeah, my interpretation of GU is: if you have a hook, just send anything…all others send three. :)

My entire experience with GTown admission is that they are completely full of themselves. From the info session to the website to the way the letter was written.
