Guaranteed/Accelerated BS/MD Programs ~ What are my Chances?

So here are my stats so far, I’m currently a sophomore in high school and I want to get into Accelerated or Guaranteed Admissions BS/MD Programs. I am sure medicine is the right path for me.

Extra Curriculars:

9th Grade: Karate, Karate Instructor, Model UN, Writing Club, Robotics, 30 hours of physician shadowing, JV Tennis Team
I quit Robotics in 10th Grade because I didn’t find it interesting. Will colleges think I’m uncommitted for this?

10th Grade: Karate, Karate Instructor, many hours volunteering at the hospital during the year, Model UN, Writing Club, Founded and President of the International Club, 40 hours of physician shadowing, Varsity Tennis Team
I’m quitting tennis because it is a lot to handle with all the Ap classes and SAT prep and more ECs in Junior and Senior years. If I tell that tocolleges, will they understand my concernand not think that I am not committed to my ECs?

11th Grade: Karate, Karate Instructor, many hours volunteering at the hospital, Model UN, Writing Club, International Club President, 40 hours of physician shadowing, a couple weeks of research in the summer (I don’t have all the info for research yet, but I was talking to my guidance councilor about it), Les Mills Instructor

12th Grade: Karate, Karate Instructor, volunteering at the hospital, Model UN, Writing Club, International Club, Les Mills Instructor

Side note: So I love karate and expecially body combat for those of you who know what I’m talking about and I was wondering how old you’d have to be to be an instructor for that?

And here are the classes I took and/or planning on taking:

9th Grade
Honors Algebra II
Honors Biology
Honors English
American History
Computers and Programming (QBasic)/Gym
French 1
Spanish II

Class Rank 13/447

10th Grade

Honors Chemistry
Honors English
AP World History (the only AP class they allow sophomores to take)

Programming with Java/Personal Finance
Gym/Health

Class Rank so far: 10/440

11th Grade Classes
AP Calculus AB
AP Statistics
AP Chemistry
AP Economics
Honors Physics
Honors English
Honors Spanish IV

By the end of junior year, my class rank should likely be in the top ten people.

12th Grade Classes
AP Calculus BC
AP Physics C
AP Biology
AP Environmental Science
AP Psychology
AP Spanish
Honors English

About the SAT: I’m taking a rigorus SAT course over the summer and when I took my PSAT this school year (formatted for the new SAT), my score was 1200 our of 1600. With the training, I hope that my SAT is going to be almost a perfect score because I’m spending all of my summer practicing for that.

Looking at all this, do you guys think that I can make it into an accelerated or guaranteed medical program? My main goal is in-state to Pennstate/Jefferson Med and I’m also looking at Boston University’s Guaranteed Admissions, Case Western Reserve’s, Villanova/Drexel, Rice/Baylor etc. Am I not as competitive as other people who got accepted into it? Can I see your guys’ stats of those who got into such programs and compare them to mine?

Also do you think I could get into IVY Leagues? I would appreciate your feedback and advice.

Thanks in advance!
